Beningbrough Agreement

Beningbrough Agreement
Many of you will be aware that there is now a ferry running across the river from Nun Monkton to Beningbrough beach. To allay any misconceptions which may arise when mooring either from anglers or other parties regarding mooring rights on the beach, I have attached a copy of the original agreement made between the Boating Association, the York and District Amalgamation of Anglers and the National Trust.
