If arriving by boat from upstream River Ouse
Pass through the city of York. On the outskirts of the city you will pass under the iconic Millennium Bridge. Shortly after the bridge, you will see the permanent moorings on the port side. Just beyond these is the clubhouse with its visitors moorings outside.
If arriving by boat from downstream River Ouse
Pass through Naburn lock and continue past Acaster Malbis on your port side and York Marina at Naburn on your starboard side. Continue under the old railway bridge, passing the delighful Bishopthorpe Palace on your port side. Continue under the A64 road bridge, and after a mile, you will see the cluhouse with its visitors moorings on your starboard side.
If arriving by car from the A64
Approach from the A64 York Ring Road, exiting at the A19, signposted Selby and York Centre. Turn onto the A19 heading towards York. You will enter the village of Fulford. Pass through the main traffic lights in Fulford. Look out for St Oswald’s Road on your left. (there is a post box on the corner,)
Continue down St Oswald’s Road as far as you can. The club grounds are entered by means of a key controlled gate at the end of St Oswald’s Road.
